Employees who experience a work-related injury or occupational illness should notify Hold My Hand Inc. promptly. Workers’ compensation benefits may apply to qualifying work-related injuries and illnesses.

Employees must promptly report suspected billing fraud, falsified timecards, services billed but not provided, forged signatures, false documentation, improper payments, or other suspected Medicaid fraud, waste, or abuse.

Employees who are mandated reporters must follow Minnesota law and company policy when they know or suspect abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
