PCA / CFSS

Direct assistance and supervision provided due to disability-related functional limitations, based on an assessment and approved care plan.

  • Transfers and mobility assistance

  • Monitoring due to disability-related needs

  • Cleaning the person’s immediate area

Night Supervision

Awake overnight supervision provided when a person cannot be safely left alone during nighttime hours.

ICLS – Individualized Community Living Support

Services that support a person to live independently and participate fully in their community.

Skill-building services that teach the person how to complete tasks independently.
